Hello all,

Below is the important information for tomorrow’s Erskine Lakes Invitational. 

Please provide payment of $3.00 per race.

Meet Timeline

• 8:00 AM – Coaches’ meeting, officials’ meeting, scratches, and deck entries
• 8:30 AM – Warm-ups
• 9:00 AM – Meet begins
• Lunch break following Event 36 for approximately 20–30 minutes

Warm-Ups
Wayne Waves has been assigned to Lane 4 for warm-ups.

Timers
Wayne is responsible for providing three timers throughout the meet:

• One timer in Lane 3
• Two timers in Lane 4

We will need families to rotate and help cover these assignments so the responsibility does not fall on only a few people. See Swimtopia signups. We can organize it better on-site.

Parking
Parking for spectators at Erskine is limited. Please park legally, avoid blocking driveways, and leave enough room for traffic to pass on the narrow streets.

An overflow parking lot is available within walking distance of the facility at the corner of Lakeview Avenue and Upper Lakeview Avenue.

The facility is also used as a boat and kayak launch. Members must continue to have access to the boat launch and storage racks. Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not block other vehicles or prevent anyone from leaving.
