Looking Ahead - Individual Age Invitational JULY 20, 2024
We will begin planning our second Invitational at Tom's Lake. It will be all hands on deck as we host 6 swim teams from our league. We are planning to cook and serve breakfast and lunch; snacks and drinks. We will sell an Ad Journal/Program with advertising and boosters, a 50/50 and souvenir shirts.
Everyone is required to help in some way. The committee work doesn't necessarily mean you have to work the day of. It will be a day of fun and teamwork, resulting in a nice profit for us to better our team.
We have 13 Committees which will need a chairperson:
1. Set Up/Break Down - ?
2. Entrance - ?
3. Program/Ad Journal - ?
4. Volunteer Coordinator/GoogleDoc/SignUpGenius/Excel - ?
5. Medals/Ribbons - ?
6. T-Shirt Sales - ?

8. Officials - ?

SWIM OFFICIALS Training
Without officials, we cannot host meets which is one of the most fun parts of the season. Officials are critical to ensuring that the competition is fair and they provide critical feedback to help swimmers improve. It's the best view on deck!! No prior experience is necessary (we'll teach you). This is a great way to get involved and watch the swimming up close!!
Contact me ([email protected]) if you have any questions or are interested in becoming an official for next season.
