Good Afternoon, 

Please redeclare for the new event in SwimTopia titled “Rescheduled Ramapo Championships – 2026” for this coming Monday, August 3.

It would be greatly appreciated if everyone could complete their declaration and volunteer signup by today. I am required to submit our updated entries to the league by Friday at noon.

Monday’s Schedule

• 4:30 PM – Arrival and scratches due
• 4:45 PM – Session 1 Warm-up Group #1
• 5:00 PM – Session 1 Warm-up Group #2
• 5:30 PM – Session 1 meet begins
• 6:00 PM – Session 2 warm-ups begin while the 25-yard events are running
• 6:30 PM – Session 2 begins

Teams will use the same warm-up sessions and lanes that were assigned for the original meet.

Additional Information

• We are still responsible for providing the same number of timers, along with help at marshalling and the awards table.
• There will only be approximately a 10-minute break between the 25-yard and 50-yard sessions.
• Entry Fee will work on the honor system. If you paid this past Monday, you wont have to pay again.
• There will not be an updated program. The original programs will still be available.
• Pequannock’s snack stand will operate with a smaller menu.

Please redeclare your swimmer and sign up for a volunteer job as soon as possible. Thank you again for your patience and flexibility as we work to complete the Ramapo Championships.
