Congratulations to the team on last night’s win!

Today, we are piloting an afternoon practice from 5:00–6:00 PM. Please RSVP ahead of time through SwimTopia if your swimmer plans to attend. This helps us determine interest and staffing.

We will also be offering two swim clinics tomorrow before our meet:

Clinic 1: 8:30–9:30 AM
Clinic 2: 9:30–10:30 AM

Again, please RSVP through SwimTopia so we can plan accordingly. We understand that not everyone is a morning person so we decided to offer a second clinic time this week.

Please also declare your swimmer’s availability for Wednesday’s meet.

Pequannock @ Wayne Waves (Lakeland League Style)
Location: Toms Lake
Arrive: 6:00 PM
Warm-up: 6:30–7:00 PM
Meet: 7:00–8:45 PM estimated

Order of Events: Breaststroke, Butterfly, Backstroke, Freestyle, and Relays.

Please stay hydrated, and I will follow up soon regarding ribbons for the 10 & under swimmers.
