Good Morning Wayne Waves Families,

Thursday’s swim meet was a lot of fun. It was great to see our parents and swimmers come together to help put on a successful meet. We appreciate everyone’s support through volunteering, donations, and cheering on the swimmers.

We are working on getting the times uploaded and will be handing out ribbons to our 10 & Under swimmers for their efforts at the Ramapo League meet.

This week will be busy with two home meets and the heat. A group effort is needed, so please consider volunteering or donating when you can.

Also, this Tuesday will be our first afternoon practice from 5:00 PM–6:00 PM. All swimmers are welcome. Please RSVP through SwimTopia so we have an idea of who is coming and can staff appropriately.

Ramapo League Meet: Smoke Rise @ Wayne Waves
Location: Toms Lake
Arrive: 5:00 PM
Warm-up: 5:30 PM
Meet: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM estimated

Order of Events: Mixed Age Group Relays, Breaststroke, 10 & Under Freestyle Relays, Butterfly, Backstroke, Freestyle, and 11 & Up Freestyle Relays.

Wednesday, July 1
Lakeland Meet: Pequannock @ Wayne Waves
Location: Toms Lake
Arrive: 6:00 PM
Warm-up: 6:30 PM–7:00 PM
Meet: 7:00 PM–8:45 PM estimated

Order of Events: Breaststroke, Butterfly, Backstroke, Freestyle, and Relays.
