It’s wild that we’re upon our last week of Wayne Waves.

Attached is the Lakeland A Qualifier Report, the times have been adjusted and we hope to see all Lakeland A Championship Qualifiers at Highland Lakes on Saturday, 8/9. Congrats to the swimmers on their hard work!

To be clear, Highland Lakes has been on a HAB (Harmful Algae Bloom) watch and have been taking steps to improve their position with cleanup and continuous testing.

So please make a decision that’s best for you and your family regarding the water at Highland Lakes. When I am forwarded up to date info, I will make sure you are updated.

Entrywise for Lakeland A’s:

14 and Under Swimmers are allowed to swim in 2 Individual Events, so go onto Swimtopia and please make your selection of strokes and declare you availability.

Entries are due by Tuesday, August 5th. So please declare!

-If there are 4 swimmers going per age group and gender, we will make a medley relay that swims at the end of the Championship.

Highland Lakes is a great team and they have been having a victorious year in the Invitational circuit. They are a good team and will test us.
